"SEVAK" company possesses and manages the enterprises belonging to “SEVAK” Group and joined by common mission, general developing strategy and business ethics.
"SEVAK" LLC. mission is to create the conditions suitable for achievement of economic and social projects in all fields of human activity, allowing to improve a quality of human life and reduce a cost price of commodities and services.
The company history dates back to November 19, 1991. An idea that was rare enough at that time had been chosen for a business – a complex supply of domestic industrial enterprises with imported chemical raw materials. However, the company named at that time as “Ceramex Chemical” LLC., had succeeded in establishing of productive relation with the leading world producers of chemical raw materials and getting an approval of domestic consumers. A presence of competent personnel with higher chemical education, an informational support and regular risks assessment has allowed the company to overcome the currency and economic crisis taken place in Russia in 1994, 1996 and 1998. Gaining experience in economic battles and focusing on growth we met the 21st century!
In 2004 the company became a winner of a contest “The leader of a small business” held by Severny Head Office of Sberbank of Russia.Also in 2004 in the nearest suburb of Yaroslavl (7 minutes from the city centre) an office and storage premises had been purchased.
In 2006 the company became a winner of a contest “The best investment project” held by Severny Head Office of Sberbank of Russia.
In 2007 the company was reorganized; as a result the regional branches were registered as independent legal entities, a distributional company functioning for a technical support was allocated and a share of the footwear retailer was purchased.
Because of the changes of activity, purposes and plans, in January 25, 2010 “Ceramex Chemical” LLC. had been renamed in “SEVAK” LLC. In order to keep “Ceramex” brand – well-known in the chemical raw materials market, the newly created distributional company had been called that name.
